We live in an amazing, interconnected society. Yet, there is a notable gap in child welfare. Ask any social worker or organizational leaders in the child welfare space and they will confirm that the Non-Profit world lags approximately 15 years behind the corporate world. How do we fix this? We are dealing with more than financial statements, but real human lives. I firmly believe that by implementing effective organizational systems, adopting an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with cutting-edge technology, and embracing the compassion and love exemplified by Christ, we have the potential to bring about substantial positive change in the state of child welfare. We can achieve this together, but to guide and share authentically, we must first experience it deeply within ourselves.
